TrackIt’s driver behaviour Scorecard shows the metrics that are measured and the values achieved. Therefore, managers have a greater understanding exactly what kind of driving behaviour has affected the overall score. Perhaps it is consistent harsh cornering for example – it may not be speeding. Managers have greater insight to then be able to address any potential issues accurately.

The Timeline is a unique view of all vehicle/device/driver activity for a given day allowing you to understand very quickly what time the drivers’/ employees’ day started and finished. View the total drive time or working hours and quickly identify speeding or idling as well as being able to identify the type of patterns that are normal for your type of business and quickly spot outliers.

Alerts

Alerts can be generated automatically whenever a speed limit is exceeded, geofence is entered/exited, maximum idle time is reached, etc. You can also define your own custom alerts based on time, location, and other data so that any behaviour can produce a notification.

TrackIt allows you to import or enter an unlimited number of Places and our data loaders make it easy to import addresses from multiple sources. We automatically create a geofence around a Place address based on the property boundary, saving you the time and hassle of having to manually create a geofence. Places can be your offices, depots, customers, suppliers (such as company mandated petrol stations), job sites; or prohibited locations, such as ports, scrap merchants and other risk areas.

Quick Reports

From the main map screen you can quickly bring up the most commonly used reports without having to leave where you are. Each of these reports give you a nice human readable overview of what you need to know. The Journey Report (for example) lets you know where someone has been, how long each leg of the journey took, how fast they were travelling, how long they spent at each stop, etc.
