What does your service cost?

TrackIt charges for GPS tracking devices such as those found HERE and for commercial fleet, staff and equipment tracking solutions. All other aspects of TrackIt is completely FREE. Creating an account is FREE. Our mobile phone applications are FREE. Customers are responsible for their own SIM card charges.

How do I install a device in my car?

We have accredited installers throughout the country. To find the installer closest to you click HERE.

What developer integration tools do you have?

TrackIt provides a complete RESTful JSON compliant web service for all your integration requirements.

What does GPS stand for?

Global Positioning System

Will TrackIt work in other countries?

Yes, TrackIt has been designed to work anywhere in the world.

What cellular network does TrackIt work on?

Our mobile applications do not care which network you are on. Our GPS tracking devices will work on any GSM based network (eg: Vodafone).

How accurate are your devices?

Accuracy is dependent on how many satellites the device can reliably see. Car devices have dedicated GPS and GSM antennae that significantly increase their accuracy.
